The City Court of Copenhagen delievered a ruling according to which Tele2 A/S is obligated to prevent its customer.s access to www.allofmp3.com and www.mp3sparks.com and www.thepiratebay.org. The sites are – according to the Danish branch of IFPI – provider of illegal copies of protected music.
